Take a not-so-scary ride on the PNC carousel bedecked for the season and meet frightful friends Jack, Sally, and Mr. Oogie for a day full of fun and special treats. Visitors are encouraged to dress for Halloween and have their pictures taken with our ghoulish guests. Characters will appear from noon until 2 p.m.
