Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) is the largest combined water and sewer authority in Pennsylvania dedicated to the protection of the public health and the environment. PWSA manages and operates the treatment and distribution of drinking water, the conveyance of sewage, and the management of storm water systems and serves more than 300,000 people throughout Allegheny County.
