How does Vibrant Pittsburgh help businesses build inclusive cultures and become leading workplaces? Our approach involves intentional engagement at all levels of an organization in assessments, conversations, connections, and convenings. Each engagement is meant to move ideas into action through the application of sustained, layered learning and evaluation.
Lunch and Learns
Members have access to monthly Lunch & Learns that bring together member employees from across industry and sector in an informal, interactive, and virtual atmosphere to collaborate and deepen knowledge-inclusive workplace topics. Lunch & Learns are open for ALL member employees to participate in.
Vibrant Learning Labs (VLL)
Vibrant Learning Labs (VLL) are a series of training experiences from virtual to in-person that highlight critical opportunities to demonstrably improve the practices, policies, and culture of participating organizations, increasing the impact of our collective DE&I efforts. Topics focus on the nine (9) pillar areas of the Vibrant Index. Participants leave with tangible work plans that can be reviewed in their respective organizations for refinement and implementation with support from Vibrant Pittsburgh.
Vibrant Book Discussions
Vibrant Pittsburgh hosts private book discussions utilizing books focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Members can expect focused, engaging, and constructive discussions.
Customized Training & Development
We provide organizations with private, tailored training and education to provide a blueprint and sustained approach to developing a holistic workplace culture.
Workplace Culture Surveys
Vibrant Pittsburgh assists organizations in taking the pulse of their workplace by tailoring and facilitating a workplace culture survey. These surveys help leadership better understand how employees view their workplace and what inclusive practices will best impact their unique organizational culture.
