The ABColab kickoff will bring together ERG leaders, members, and those interested in employee networks to launch a collaborative space focused on advancing belonging in the workplace. This highly interactive session will feature partner conversations and breakout groups where participants will share wins, surface challenges, and explore opportunities together.

In this collaborative kickoff, we will:

– Create opportunities for peer dialogue through partner and small-group conversations.

– Highlight real-world practices from ERGs and affinity groups to explore what’s working across organizations and dispel misconceptions.

– Provide guidance and recommendations shaped by participants shared experiences and dialogue.
