This session brings together diverse experts to provide you with the knowledge, language, and tools to address DEI resistance effectively and empathetically. We’ll explore how to differentiate between misinformation and disinformation, practice empathic communication techniques, and share strategies to navigate and respond to difficult conversations around DEI. 

Vibrant Pittsburgh’s quarterly Council Convening brings together each of the Vibrant Pittsburgh councils (D&I Forum, EBRG Council, Allegheny Allies, and Next Generation Council), in one space, to deepen the cross-group ties of each Vibrant Pittsburgh Council.
