Jan. 18 – Driving the Great Reengagement: How Equity and Inclusion Impact Top Talent

In the US, workers are more diverse than ever before. As the demographics of the nation change, it is crucial that our region becomes a draw for a diversity of talent and a welcoming place of opportunity for all. Vibrant Pittsburgh believes that a diverse workforce is essential to the ongoing economic vitality of the greater Pittsburgh region. Enabling practices, such as inclusive policies, diverse recruiting and retention strategies, and a culture of belonging still need to be unlocked. The presence of these factors is worth up to 12.9% points of innovation revenue.

Participants will:
o review current data, trends, and benefits to discover what’s needed to reengage employees effectively
o discuss how integrating DEI from “A Thing We Do to How We Do All Things’ will impact top talent
o learn how Vibrant Pittsburgh is the region’s inclusion partner in these efforts

Vibrant Pittsburgh’s monthly Lunch and Learn brings together Vibrant Pittsburgh members from across sectors and industries in an informal, interactive, and participatory atmosphere to collaborate and deepen knowledge. Breakout rooms are used; there is no requirement to appear on camera.
