SENIOR ASSOCIATE, ADMINISTRATION AND PLANNING – STRATEGIC ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Administration and Planning – Strategic Organizational Communications Strategy to join our Global Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Under the direction of Managers for the business or function supported, undertakes projects of significant impact within the business or function
Provides support on moderately complex projects related to budget, business plans, risk-related items, and implementation of processes
Reviews project implementation status and provides feedback Project Leads, Planning Consultants or senior managers
Makes recommendations to improve project status
Conducts advanced research and data analysis to assist with strategic management initiatives
Works with the business or function management team to implement and enforce policies, standards, and processes within the business or function
Contributes to the achievement of related teams’ objectives
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required
4-6 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred
Experience managing multiple users Outlook calendars
Prior experience managing travel and expenses for internal clients
Effective verbal and written communicationWill be interacting with senior-level stakeholders
Proficiency working in Microsoft Office, especially in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
