The Office and Executive Projects Manager is a full-time, fully onsite, salaried position that will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the administrative offices for the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. This position will strengthen and maintain protocols and processes relating to supplies, document retention, and other functions. Additionally, the Manager will coordinate key office activities, meetings, and events, as well as support office space assignments and re-assignments. The Manager is also responsible for administrative matters relating to the Board of Trustees, including preparation of meeting materials, coordination of Board meetings and Trustee onboarding, and correspondence with Trustees. The Manager will report to and work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer, providing support for executive projects.
The ideal candidate should have outstanding organization and communications skills and be responsive, collaborative, and able to manage stakeholder expectations. A minimum of five years’ experience is office or project management is required, and experience with board or high-level stakeholders is strongly preferred. The salary range for this position starts at $52,000.
