This session will show how stronger disability practices can strengthen your business strategy through innovation, talent retention, and culture change. Guest speaker Jess Grainger, Regional Director for Disability Lead’s new chapter in Southwest Pennsylvania, will share his leadership journey and insights on advancing disability inclusion.

Jess Grainger is the Regional Director for Disability Lead’s new chapter in Southwest Pennsylvania.  He brings a deep background in education and workforce development to building a strong, visible presence for disability leadership in the region. Jess has significant experience piloting new initiatives that enhance equitable impacts in education, mental health, and accessibility.

Vibrant Pittsburgh’s Community Partner Speaker Series brings together Vibrant Pittsburgh members from across sectors and industries in an informal, interactive, and participatory atmosphere to collaborate and deepen knowledge.
